What we can tell you now:

Beacon connects to your Zendesk instance using credentials you provide, encrypted at rest.
We store configuration snapshots (triggers, automations, views, etc.) — not ticket data, customer data, or agent conversations.
Your data is not shared with third parties.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
